1General Terms & Conditions

Paysafecard An internationally licensed online betting and casino platform. By using this platform, users agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Paysafecard and the user.

These terms and conditions have been published in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive ambiguity, the original English version shall prevail.

2Account Rules

To open an account with Paysafecard, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all of them being closed, and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Opening an account with false details is a violation of these terms.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. We strongly advise against sharing your account credentials with anyone.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Paysafecard may request verification of your identity, address, or mobile number at any time. Withdrawals may be withheld until verification is complete.

3Payments & Withdrawals

All transactions on paysafecard are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No processing fees are charged on deposits or withdrawals.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit amounts: ৳200 for bKash and Nagad, ৳300 for Rocket, and ৳500 for Visa/Mastercard.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's any delay, please contact support.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is prohibited and may put your account at risk.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amounts: ৳500 for bKash and Nagad, ৳500 for Rocket, and ৳2,000 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed with the highest priority.

4Betting & Gaming Rules

The following betting and gaming rules at Paysafecard apply to all members.

Bet Settlement:

• Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is used.
• If a match or event is cancelled, bets are generally voided and the full stake is refunded.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, settlement may be based on the result at that point, provided the required amount of play has been completed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, paysafecard reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Regarding Gaming:

• All game outcomes are determined by an iTech Labs-certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is clearly displayed in the game lobby.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the result of that round is saved on the server and will be displayed once you reconnect.

5Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Rules:

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. For example, a ×30 wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
• Bonuses are valid for a set period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

• Any user may close their account at any time. Please ensure you withdraw your remaining balance before doing so.
• Paysafecard may close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable at any time for maintenance. Your account balance will always remain secure.
• If any part of this agreement is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain in full effect.
